New for 2024 - we'll be offering the official Hill & Moorland Leader qualification
We’re super pleased to be able to say Kelvyn, one of our Directors, has been approved to be a Course Provider for the official Mountain Training Hill & Moorland Leader Award (qualification).
This award offers holders the chance to operate off path in non mountainous terrain anywhere in the UK – that’s a huge amount of wonderful ground to be able to take people out into – as well as developing skills in leadership and increasing your knowledge of the natural world – everything Wellness Walks are about.
These courses will offer development opportunities for our existing Volunteer Leaders as well as a more technical pathway for future leaders – we’re super excited to see them launch in April.
