Excellent
The walk was invigorating yet revitalising. We kept going despite some rain. The views were lovely and I learnt some new routes to take in the future.
How did the walk help you?
Great exercise but even better for my mental well-being, as I really came away motivated and feeling positive, and enthusiastic for walking and being out in nature.
Would you come on a walk again?
Yes! I would love to go again.
