Low-level loop Barden Bridge to Bolton Abbey
This is a gentle walk along one bank of the river Wharfe down to Bolton Abbey where we can have a look around, before returning to the Bridge on the other side of the river, stopping for a brew at the Pavilion on the way back. We also pass the Strid, where the river narrows and the water is forced through, quite spectacular, but very dangerous. Hopefully a few autumnal colours will be left on the trees.

What did you think of the walk?
Excellent
A lovely low level walk by the River Wharfe. Lots to look at. Great group of people with lots of chat.
How did the walk help you?
I suffer with anxiety and being outdoors in nature really helps. Beautiful countryside. Great group leader too.
Would you come on a walk again?
Yes! I would love to go again.
