Low-level loop Barden Bridge to Bolton Abbey
This is a gentle walk along one bank of the river Wharfe down to Bolton Abbey where we can have a look around, before returning to the Bridge on the other side of the river, stopping for a brew at the Pavilion on the way back. We also pass the Strid, where the river narrows and the water is forced through, quite spectacular, but very dangerous. Hopefully a few autumnal colours will be left on the trees.

What did you think of the walk?
Excellent
This was an easy walk on paths. The company was great so plenty of chatter. Places to have a coffee.
How did the walk help you?
I find that walking in a group is really therapeutic as you can chatter easily with each other.
Would you come on a walk again?
Yes! I would love to go again.
