LADIES ONLY: A stroll from Settle to Stainforth.
A walk of about 7 miles taking in Stainforth Force where the salmon will hopefully be leaping, the historical Hoffman Kilns and the lovely village of Stainforth itself. A circular route which will be taken at a leisurely pace. Refreshments in Stainforth and/or the Naked Man Cafe at the end.

The scenery was beautiful; the weather could not have been better sunny but not too warm and the company was excellent.
How did the walk help you?
Being out in the fresh air, surrounded by beautiful countryside with a group of friendly ladies is an excellent mood lifter.
