A forest walk and swim in Bethesda
Join me for a free Wellness Walk, a wonder around Bethesda with an optional dip in Afon Ogwen at the end. Staring at Ogwen Bank, through Braichmelyn forest, to Cilfodan, taking in views of Penrhyn Quarry, we will descend to Bethesda high street then walk though Parc Meurig, along the Afon Ogwen. At the end of the walk, there will be an optional swim in the river.

How did the walk help you?
After being able to walk again after my hip replacement, it brings me so much gratitude to be able to walk in these areas of beauty. Gives me a feeling of freedom again.
