Lothersdale and Pinhaw Beacon
A walk in the quiet Lothersdale, between North and West Yorkshire and Lancashire. We will walk up to Pinhaw Beacon where the watchmen used to keep watch during the Napoleonic Wars. We then cross Carleton Moor before descending along an old green lane to the village. The walk is 5 3/4 miles long. Please bring lunch.
