We will take a nice stroll through the village before a gentle ascent up to Embsay Reservoir. Our route takes us behind the Reservoir where we will make the ascent up Embsay Crag. Here we will take in the stunning views over Skipton and Barden Moor. A short gentle walk down the Crag and down the side of the wooded Clough takes us into Eastby. A short road walk before taking the snicket that leads us back to the pub.
