First Aid for Mental Health

Learn how to help someone in a crisis… This is our most popular course for a reason. Over the course of the day participants learn to recognise common mental health issues including warning signs and contributory factors.

2-Day Hill & Mountain Skills

Women Only Mountain Skills Course

We know that female specific events make a valuable and positive difference to some women. They provide choice, something different to complement the norm, delivering unique experiences and opportunities that are not always readily available to many. This is a 2 day (18hrs contact time) Mountain Training course delivered by Wellness Walks aimed at giving you the personal skills to begin to plan a day in the mountains

Outdoor First Aid

If you work or play in the outdoors you need these skills… Whether you’re completely new to First Aid or you’re refreshing an existing qualification this course will offer something for everyone.
