Was walking new to you? Something you used to do, wanted to try or already did?
Before Wellness Walks, we would walk regularly but they would always be tried and tested routes but none that really challenged us.
What do you enjoy most about attending Wellness Walks?
Meeting up with our friends in the Group and the buzz of the exercise.
How has taking part in Wellness Walks impacted your own mental, physical or social health?
We have grown in confidence in terms of meeting new people and we look forward to walking with our Group every week.
