A forest walk and swim in Bethesda
Join me for a free Wellness Walk, a wonder around Bethesda with an optional dip in Afon Ogwen at the end. Staring at Ogwen Bank, through Braichmelyn forest, to Cilfodan, taking in views of Penrhyn Quarry, we will descend to Bethesda high street then walk though Parc Meurig, along the Afon Ogwen. At the end of the walk, there will be an optional swim in the river.

Rachael was brilliant, super guide who made the walk really interesting with facts about local history. The views were stunning and a nice mixture of terrain. Swim at the end was an extra bonus 🩵 Thank you for a fab time.
