A winter wander in the Kirby Lonsdale area
We will walk out of Kirby Lonsdale and up the gentle incline of Fellfoot Road to Tuplot Wood. We will then head to the pretty little village of Barbon. We will then cross Barbon Beck until we meet up with the River Lune, passing through woodland and lanes until we reach Kirby Lonsdale, which is a pretty town to explore. The walk is about 9 1/2 miles long.

What did you think of the walk?
Excellent
It was really good to get out walking again after the snow & ice. The area is really nice plus the weather was really kind to us. We also went for coffee in Kirkby Lonsdale after which was really nice to all be together to chat.
How did the walk help you?
After Christmas & New Year I felt I need to get out in the fresh air and have a decent walk just to help clear my head.
Would you come on a walk again?
