Easy Very Paced Wellness Walk of around 7.5mls, ascending Rivington Pike visiting The Pigeon Tower & Touring Rivington Ornamental Gardens.
Dress for the weather, wear BOOTS or walking shoes with a good grip, bring waterproofs & spare warm clothing, warm drink, water, lunch/snack.
Leaving promptly at 09:30 return by 15:00

Walk Leader - Karl

Karl is a qualified International Mountain Leader with over 20 years experience of safely leading people on their ‘Best Mountain Trip Of A Lifetime’ across the world. Before that  he taught Outdoor Education & Sport in Colleges. He also has Mental Health & Outdoor First Aid qualifications – so you’ll be in safe hands. 

Now returning to his roots he likes nothing more than introducing people to local walks – about which he always has a wealth of interesting and fun facts. Karl is especially good at making sure everyone has a good day out – join him on one his walks and find out for yourself.
