Walk Leader - Dafydd RJ.

Dafydd is a qualified Lowland Leader & he’s also qualified in First Aid for Mental Health & Outdoor First Aid – so you know he’ll keep you safe and make your Wellness Walk a supportive space to get out into nature and engage with other folks.

Dafydd tells us his favourite local walk has to be a circular walk around his home town of Pwllheli. It has everything you could possibly want in a walk, great views, lots of wildlife, and all within the town boundaries. All on easy accessible footpaths, suitable for all abilities.

His favourite walk ever has to be a winter/night time ascent of Yr Wyddfa , to see the sunrise. When he was fortunate enough to see a cloud inversion, where all he could see was the highest peaks rising up over a blanket of clouds.

Dafydd’s top tip is a simple but important one – take your time and enjoy i- t’s not a race.
Oh – & always bring your camera!
