Gargrave, East Marton, Bank Newton A Very Easy Paced Yorkshire Dales Wellness Walk & Talk through the fields, along the quiet lanes & towpaths that suround Gargrave. It’s a place I often pass through but seldom stop at on my rush to get to the jewels further into the Yorkshire Dales. Dress for the weather, wear boots or comfortable walking shoes. Bring lunch, plenty of water, sun hat & lotion. Also pack waterproofs & a spare sweater.
